- Abstract:
- Thus exposition paper presents a concise and recent survey outlining the research carried out over four decades by Gr. C. Moisil and his school in Algebraic Logic. "In 1940, Gr. C. Moisil defined the 3-valued and the 4-valued \Lukasiewicz algebras and afterwards in 1942, the n-valued \Lukasiewicz algebras (LMn,2). His goal was to 'algebrize' \Lukasiewicz's logic. Boolean algebras, algebraic models of classical logic, are thus particular cases of the new"... \Lukasiewicz-Moisil algebraic logic structures.
