Proceedings contents statement: "The XVIIth International Colloquium on Integrable Systems and Quantum symmetries (ISQS-17) was organized by the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering, Czech Technical University Prague and by the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. International advisory committee: Edward Corrigan (York), L. Fehler (Budapest and Szeged), Ladislav Hlavat (Prague), Alexei Isaev (Dubna), Shahn Majid (London), Alexander Molev (Sydney), Folkert Muller-Hoissen (Gottingen), Eugen Paal (Tallinn), Ziemowit Popowicz (Wroclaw), Peter Presnajder (Bratislava), Valery Tolstoy (Moscow). Organizing committee: Cestmir Burdak (Chairman, Prague), Ondrej Navrtil (Prague), Severin Posta (Prague). A total 71 scientists from all over the world to attend the ISQS-17 Colloquium. The programme of the Colloquium included twenty one (30 minutes) talks scheduled for morning sessions. Further contributions (20 minutes talks) was presented during the afternoon sessions. The ISQS-17 Colloquium was devoted to modern developments in the context of integrable systems and quantum groups. The programme included the following topics: quantum and classical integrable systems; quantum groups, Yangians and their representations; noncommutative geometry.
