A nicely written set of lectures with beautiful illustrations of curved spacetimes and much more. A delightful book to read and an immensely attractive presentation of gravitational waves propagation and polarization in spacetime outside black holes with, or 'without, hair'. The book contains: "lectures on introductory general relativity for beginning graduate students in physics.
