| Following up on Raymond's suggestion would be to begin an entry at PlanetPhysics in which to formulate the question you are interested in
as precisely as possible, perhaps narrowly at the beginning, and then attempt to specify the partial answers that you already have pinpointing the remaining questions so that other members can contribute and answer them. The contributed "Topic" type of entry at PlanetPhysics might be the preferred choice for this quantum theme.
Thus, if you save it with access to "anyone" from your permissions option in the menu others will be able to fill in the missing info that you're asking for in a transparent and collaborative manner as this site is intended.
