I don't know that there is a global standard pronunciation for these operators.  It probably varies from person to person.  Your particular pronunciation will most likely be similar the one used by your first calculus instructor.

Depending on the context, I usually pronounce the differential operator (\nabla) as:

div:  for \nabla \cdot
curl: for \nabla \times
grad: for \nabla
del-squared: for \nabla^2
del-x: for \nabla_x

The partial deriviative operator (\partial) is always "partial of (some function) with respect to (some variable)."

The total deriviatve (\mbox{d}) is the only one I think of as "d-(some function) by d-(some variable)", or just "d-(some variable)".
