some things concerning the units by pahio

Correction id: 22
Filed on: 2006-07-21 17:48:13
Status: Accepted on 2006-07-22 06:12:05
Type: Meta/Minor

Correction text:

1) The SI unit of work (and energy) ought to be written "joule", not "Joule".

2) The symbols of units must not be denoted in italic (you could write
"... joule (= 1 J) which ...".

3) In the base units, joule is 1 kg \cdot m^2 / s^2;
the asterisk (*) is no official symbol for multiplication.

Jussi
