I don't think you have defined $\mathbf{n}$ anywhere. I assume this is the normal to the surface element dS. You may wish to mention this.

Also, shouldn't Reynolds Transport Theorom be Reynold's Transport Theorem since it is his theorem? I actually don't know the convention concering this so it is just an obersvation.

Done and done... His name was actually Reynolds, so the appropriate possessive form is Reynolds'.
